"I take pictures of food more than anything else + I just LOVE kai
(food)! The Māori Foodie became the outlet for that passion of mine. In 2019 I developed The Māori Foodie kai boxes which included locally sourced kai(food) products while developing Reka Chocolates - Hāngi inspired chocolates. In future I'll pick up kai products again but for now I am focusing on writing & posting kai(food).
I enjoy writing content that seeks to inspire + uplift others which prompted me to write my first book Beautiful Ashes.I've discovered that building community is my sweet spot. It exists between kai (food), business + writing. It's within these pou (posts)that I thrive. What motivates me is passion but my why is people.
