1 T of jelly, 1/4-1/2 juiced lemon, drizzle of oil + shake up. Drizzle over salad when ready to eat.
Mac + Cheese -GF Macaroni or whatever pasta, 2T butter, 2T flour, handful of grated cheese, more cheese to bake, paprika, 1x onion, 1 clove crushed garlic, handful of diced bacon, 1T of kawakawa, 1C chicken stock, 1C milk
Fry off garlic, onion, bacon + paprika.
Boil pasta in salted water + drain.
Make a rue melting your butter in a low heat + flour cooking off for a minute then whisking milk + stock bit by bit and S+P. Make sure it's warm + thickened before adding cheese then kawakawa. You can add additional corn flour thickened in a bit of water to make the sauce thicker or add more flour + butter to your rue.
Combine pasta + pan of goodness to sauce. Place in dish top with extra cheese sprinkle with paprika and bake. Garnish with a bit of kawakawa to serve.
